Partner terms
These terms govern the cooperation between the portal (hereinafter: the portal) and the partner who presents their offer to guests through the portal. By applying and accepting these terms, the partner confirms agreement with the rules set out below.
1. Role of the portal
The portal is an intermediary that connects guests and partners. The portal does not sell services or accommodation in its own name and does not act as a contracting party in the deal between the guest and the partner.
The portal does not collect guest payments and does not hold guest money. The guest pays the partner directly, under the conditions set by the partner. The contract for the service itself (stay, tour, product and similar) is concluded directly between the guest and the partner.
2. Commission
For the intermediation, the partner pays the portal a commission. The commission is calculated as a percentage agreed per partner account; the default percentage is shown in the partner panel.
The commission is charged only on completed jobs - jobs where the work was actually carried out (the guest arrived and the service was provided). No commission is charged on inquiries that do not result in a completed job.
The commission is invoiced monthly, based on the jobs completed in the previous period.
3. Partner obligations
The partner undertakes to publish accurate and up-to-date information and prices on the portal, and to update them promptly whenever a change occurs.
The partner honours the agreement reached with the guest and acts professionally throughout the entire process.
The partner marks the completion of a job honestly and accurately, so that the commission can be calculated correctly.
The partner warrants that they hold all valid permits and registration required to carry out their activity and that they operate in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Payment of commission
The portal issues the partner an invoice for the commission due. The partner is obliged to settle the invoice within the agreed term stated on the invoice.
The portal does not hold or intermediate guest money - only the intermediation commission is settled through the portal, while the partner collects the full payment from the guest themselves.
5. Content and copyright
The partner warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the images, texts and other content they publish on the portal, or that they have permission to use them.
By publishing content, the partner allows the portal to display, translate and promote that content for the purpose of presenting the partner offer to guests.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation with prior notice to the other party.
Termination does not affect the obligation to settle any commission already due for jobs completed up to the moment of termination.
7. Changes to the terms
The portal may update these terms. The partner is notified of material changes in advance (e.g. by email or a notice in the panel).
If the partner continues to use the portal after the changes take effect, they are deemed to have accepted the changes.
Draft version: draft-2026-06. In case of any discrepancy between this draft and an individual agreement on a partner account, the terms agreed in the panel and in written communication shall prevail.
